Usually when your slime comes, especially if you live in the eastern or western parts of the U.S., your slime will come sticky or melted. When this happens, you simply open the activator pen provided in the packaging and fill it up with water. Then, you will shake it up until it the powder disappears into the water. Lastly you will pop off the cap and spray it onto the slime until not sticky.

Remember:

• A little spray goes a long way

• Do not eat powder, it is highly toxic

• Keep out of reach of children under 8

• Supervise children when doing this

Shipping usually takes around 3-8 business days depending on your location. If the product is lost or it got damaged during shipping, please contact us.

Restocking depends on how fast our slimes sell out, but usually we will restock it every month or two. (Reminder: this could change)

1. Generally no, but children under 8 years old should be supervised under legal guardians. Slime can be toxic and should not be consumed. If eaten, call your doctor immediately. Slime is a sensory product that can help with greater focus. This can benefit adults and children with ADHD. It can also create cognitive skills which helps with children with sensory disorder.

Slime does not have an age limit, but should not be given to children under 5 years of age. It is recommended for children 10+ years of age.

When slime dries, it means the slime was left out or wasn't stored in an air tight container. Once this happens there normally will not be a better solution than reordering one. But if the slime comes dried out during shipping, you can contact us and tell us about the problem. We will send you back a replacement slime.

If the scent is too overwhelming and/or you are sensitive to strong fragrances, try one or more of the following :

• Massage a small amount of unscented hand sanitizer into the slime

• Soak the slime in a very small amount of white vinegar

• Soak the slime in a little bit of warm water
